Please note that these delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Factors such as the shipping carrier’s performance, weather conditions, and customs clearance may affect the actual delivery time.

We ship our Products to the shipping address you provide during checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for any delays or delivery failures caused by inaccurate or incomplete shipping information.

We use reputable shipping carriers such as Aramex, Courier Please, and Australia Post for our shipments. We may use other carriers at our discretion.

Shipping fees are calculated based on the Product type, quantity, and shipping destination. You can view the shipping fees during checkout before completing your order.

If your Products are damaged or lost during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, we will reprint and reship your Products at no additional cost to you.

Please note that we do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
